How the game works

A digit flashes for a fraction of a second; tap that digit on the keypad as fast as you can. Play Solo Practice against your own best time, 2 Player by passing one phone back and forth, or Race Online against a second phone in the room. Each game is seven rounds per player, and tapping before the digit appears counts as a false start.

Devices can't find each other

Race Online connects the two phones directly, so both need Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and to be near each other. One phone hosts, the other joins. iOS asks for Local Network permission the first time — if you declined, re-enable it in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. Only two phones can pair: once a race is joined, the app stops accepting anyone else.

The race sits on "Syncing clocks…"

Before the first round the two phones measure the delay between them so the digit appears at the same instant on both screens. It is meant to take about a second. If it stalls, leave the race and start it again with both phones close together and off any crowded Wi-Fi network.

Playing on a TV

Connect the phone to a TV or projector by AirPlay or a cable, and the big digit and scoreboard move to that screen while the phone becomes your private keypad. Nothing needs to be set up in the app — it switches over as soon as the display connects.

A permission prompt was declined

Local network can be re-enabled at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security. Until then the feature that needs it stays unavailable — Solo Practice and 2 Player still work normally.

Deleting your data

There is nothing to delete. Quick Eye Now saves no scores, settings or history to your device; everything disappears when you close the app.
